Cancellation Policy

At Smile Care Dentists, we reserve your appointment time just for you to ensure personalised care. Missed or late appointments cost us and prevent other patients from being seen, so we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

You’ll receive an SMS/reminder call/email before your appointment. Please confirm by replying or calling us back. If you don’t receive a reminder, your appointment is still your responsibility.

Cancellations or rescheduling:  Missed/rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will attract a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. Additionally, in certain cases, a deposit will be required to secure your next booking, which will be deducted from your treatment cost.

For lengthy appointments or those needing special materials, a deposit may be required to secure your spot. Multiple cancellations may require upfront payment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Refund Policy

  • A full refund is available within the first 3 business days (cooling-off period) after payment, provided treatment has not begun.
  • A 75% refund is available if you cancel after the cooling-off period but before treatment starts.
  • If treatment has begun, you are eligible for a 50% refund on any remaining treatment, minus costs already incurred for materials and laboratory fees.
  • Once treatment is completed, changes or additional procedures (including requests for alterations in size, colour, etc.) will incur extra charges.

If you wish to begin treatment sooner, you may waive the cooling-off period through written consent.
